Double-out PVC conduit pipe production Line is developed with the advanced technology of west Europe by our company.
The main machine is SJSZ80/156 conical twin screw extruder is equipped with double-tube single control stainless steel spraying calibration; it avoids waste condition when one tube is adjusted and the other one is affected. The auto single-control double drawing machine and cutting machine are combined with the front double calibration technology to make operation more flexible let you enjoy economic benefit which is brought by separate-control double tube extruding.
It is a kind of special equipment for extruding of PVC powder. With different sorts of molds and auxiliary machines,
it can produce PVC plastic pipe for conduit application.
The screw has applied oil cooling system. Barrel is cooled by special wind cooling system. The system has applied special computer control.
According to customer's requirements, most reasonable screw can be made so as to achieve best plasticity state and material quality.
